User registration

MyLearningDay allows you to create an account in two ways:

• using an email address and password,
• using an external account, if this option is available in your MyLearningDay deployment.

Note: The available registration methods depend on the MyLearningDay configuration.

 

Registering with an email address

To create an account using an email address:

1. Open the MyLearningDay sign in page.
2. Select the registration option.
3. Enter the required user information.
4. Enter your email address and set a password.
5. Review and accept the required consents.
6. Submit the registration form.
7. Open the message sent to the email address you provided.
8. Click the activation link to confirm your email address and complete the registration process.

 

Important: Registration is not complete until you confirm your email address using the link provided in the activation email.
If the message does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder as well.

 

Registering with an external account

If external sign in methods are available in MyLearningDay, you can use an existing account from a supported provider instead of creating a separate password for MyLearningDay.

To create an account:

1. Open the MyLearningDay sign in page.
2. Select one of the available external account providers, such as Google.
3. Sign in to the selected account and approve any required permissions requested by the provider.
4. After returning to MyLearningDay, complete any missing information on the Update Account Information screen.
5. Review and accept the required consents.
6. Submit the information to complete the account creation process.

 

Note: The available external sign in methods depend on the MyLearningDay configuration. The authentication process may vary slightly depending on the selected provider.

When you register this way, your email address is verified by the external account provider, so you do not need to activate your account separately by email.

 

After registration

Once the registration process has been completed successfully, your MyLearningDay account is ready to use.

Done! Your account has been created. You can now use the features available to signed in users.

Note: Creating a Business Account is not a separate registration method. If the Business Account feature is available, you can later convert your existing user account into a Business Account from your profile settings.
