Access and availability

Access to specific areas and features of MyLearningDay depends on the platform configuration, the user's status, and their permissions.

Access without signing in

MyLearningDay may allow users to access certain parts of the platform without signing in.

Anonymous users may have access to publicly available content, such as the training catalog, training details, and information about instructors.

Note: Anonymous access is configured by the administrator. If it is disabled, users must sign in to access MyLearningDay.

Access after signing in

After signing in, users gain access to features associated with their account and learning activities.

Depending on the platform configuration and the permissions granted, these may include:

  • assigned and in progress training courses,
  • learning progress information,
  • completed training courses and certificates,
  • wishlist,
  • profile and account settings,
  • purchase and order information.

Role based access

Some areas of MyLearningDay are available only to users with the appropriate role or permissions.

For example, a user responsible for a team may have access to information about team members' training and progress. A user with access to a Business Account may manage learners, training courses, and enrollments associated with the organization.

Important: If a feature described in the documentation is not visible in MyLearningDay, this may be due to the user's role, permissions, or the platform configuration.

Optional features

Some MyLearningDay features can be enabled or disabled by the administrator. This applies in particular to features related to:

  • training prices,
  • training purchases,
  • payments,
  • orders,
  • invoices,
  • Business Account.

If a feature is disabled, the related interface elements are not available to users.

Platform configuration

MyLearningDay can be configured to meet the needs of a specific organization. The configuration affects, among other things, how users access the platform, which features are available, and what information is presented to users.

As a result, the appearance of MyLearningDay and the available options may vary between deployments.

Important: This documentation describes the capabilities of MyLearningDay, but the exact set of features available depends on the configuration of each deployment.
